These terms govern your use of satori-kensho.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.
1. Who we are
Satori Kensho operates this website and the brands Satori™, Kensho™ and Contact: info@satori-kensho.com.
2. The site as it stands today
No products are currently offered for sale. Everything shown is in development and described in good faith, but specifications, packaging, pricing and availability may all change before launch, and any given product may not launch at all. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell until the shop is open and a product shows a price and a working add-to-cart button.
3. Orders, once the shop opens
- Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm dispatch, not when you pay.
- We may refuse or cancel an order — including for obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock we cannot honour — and will refund you in full if we do.
- Prices, taxes, shipping charges and delivery regions will be shown at checkout before you pay.
- Payment is processed by Shopify. Their terms apply to the payment itself.
- Returns and refunds are covered by our shipping and returns policy, which forms part of these terms.
4. Health, supplements and cosmetics
Our supplements, teas and coffees are foods and dietary supplements, not medicines. Statements about them have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Essential oils are concentrated plant extracts for external and aromatic use only.
Nothing on this site is medical advice, and it is not a substitute for it. Read the label, follow the stated use, and consult a qualified professional before use if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, taking medication, or managing a health condition. Keep supplements and oils away from children and pets.
5. Intellectual property
The Satori and Kensho names, logos, marks and packaging designs, and the text, photography and code on this site, belong to us and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission. Satori™ and Kensho™ are our trademarks. Other names mentioned belong to their owners.
6. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to this site, and do not use it for anything unlawful. We may block access for any of the above.
7. Third-party links
We link to our own soundscape channels and to other sites. We are not responsible for content or practices on sites we do not run.
8. Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — including your statutory rights as a consumer, which these terms do not affect.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the date of your order, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
