General, orders and support
Questions about a product, an order, a return, or anything on this site. Include an order number if you have one and it will move faster.
Wholesale, press and partnerships
Stocking us, writing about us, or making something with us — same address, put the reason in the subject line and it gets to the right person.
Something about the soundscapes?
Anything to do with the videos, streams or social channels is Cloudtop Studios rather than the shop — cloudtopstudios.com. We will forward it either way, it is just slower.
