30 days, unopened, for a full refund. Supplements, teas, coffees, oils and cosmetics cannot be taken back once the seal is broken — that is a health and safety rule, not a preference. Yes, and specifically because payment does not happen on this site. When the shop opens, adding something slides a cart out here, but the payment step is handled by Shopify on their own secure checkout. Your card details never touch our servers, because we never receive them.

Yes, and we publish the results rather than promise them. Anything ingestible gets third-party heavy-metal and identity testing with the certificate of analysis linked from the product page, and every essential oil lot gets a GC/MS report. If a batch does not have a certificate, it does not go on sale.

No, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you something else. Our supplements, teas and coffees are foods and dietary supplements — they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and these statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Essential oils are concentrated plant extracts for external and aromatic use, not medicines. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a health condition, talk to your doctor first.

Treat them as concentrated, because they are. Dilute before any skin contact, keep them out of reach of children, and never take them internally. Some oils — tea tree and eucalyptus especially — are unsafe around cats and dogs even when diffused. If you have pets, check the specific oil before you run a diffuser near them.
